Bidder has to submit valid business license indicating the stream of business in which the bidder is engaged in accordance with ITB Clause 4.6(b)(i);
VAT registration certificate

Bidder has to submit VAT registration certificate issued by the tax authority (in case of contract value specified in BDS Clause 4.6(b)(ii)
supplier list

Bidder has to register itself in the electronic government procurement system as suppliers list (mandatory for all bidders ) in accordance with ITB Clause 4.7
Nationality

Bidder's have nationality in accordance with ITB Sub-Clause 4.2.
conflict of interest

Bidder is found to have a conflict of interest as described in ITB Sub-Clause 4.3

 
valid excise tax registration certificate

For procurements of goods and services subject to excise tax, to submit a valid excise tax registration certificate;

 
Disclose bidder information

  • Terms and Conditions: ዩኒቨርሲቲው የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታውን በከፊልም ሆነ በሙሉ የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡  የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ቢድ ቦንድ/CPO፤ ጥቃቅን አነስተኛ ለሆኑ ከሚመለከተው መስሪያ ቤት የዋስትና ደብዳቤ ላይ የጨረታው ሎት ተጠቅሶ ጨረታው ጊዜ ከመጠናቀቁ አንድ ቀን አስቀድመው አዲስ አበባ ኮሪያ ዘማቾች ፓርክ ፊት ለፊት በሚገኘው በዩኒቨርሲቲው የማስተባበሪያ ጽ/ቤት ወይም መደወላቡ ዩኒቨርሲቲ ጎባ ሕክምናና ጤና ሳይንስ ኮሌጅ ማቅረብ ይኖርበታል፡፡.  ተወዳዳሪ ድርጅት ለእንዳንዳንዱ የእቃ ናሙና (Item Sample) ማቅረብ ይኖርበታል፡፡  አሽናፊው ድርጅት ዕቃውን መደወላቡ ዩኒቨርሲቲ ጎባ ሕክምናና ጤና ሳይንስ ኮሌጅ ድረስ ማቅረብ ግዴታ አለበት::  ለጥቃቅንና አነስተኛ እንተርፐራይዝ የጨረታ መተመማኛ ቅፅ (አባሪ 4) ሞልቶዉ አያይዘዉ ማቅረብ አለባቸዉ  መ/ቤቱ ብዛትን በተመለከተ 20% መቀነስም ሆነ መጨመር የሚችል መሆኑን ይውቁት፡፡ ጨረታዉን ከመከፈቱ በፊት ናሙናዎት መወዩ ጎባ ህ/ጤ/ሳይ/ኮሌጅ ልዩ መግለጫ መሰረት መቅረቡ መረጋገጥ ያለበት ስለሆኔና ናሙና መታያት አስፈላጊ ሆኖ ስለተገኛ ናሙናዎትን ማቅረብ አይዘንጉ፡፡ በልቀረበ ናሙና ማወዳደር ስለማይቻል
