Sale of Used Generator (As Is, Where Is)

Saint-Gobain Weber Manufacturing PLC invites interested and eligible bidders to participate in the auction of the following used generator.

Generator Information

Current Technical Condition

The generator is currently not operational and is offered for sale on an "As Is, Where Is" basis.

The following major defects were identified during the technical inspection:

• The generator control system was damaged following a short battery circuit.
• The APM 403 controller was damaged and has since been replaced during inspection.
• The engine cranks but does not start.
• The Digital Speed Controller is faulty and requires replacement.
• The fuel relay is defective and requires replacement.
• The alternator has experienced overheating, resulting in insulation damage.
• The alternator windings require complete rewinding.
• The alternator phases show continuity to ground, indicating an internal short circuit.
• Internal alternator wiring has become disconnected due to overheating.
• The Automatic Voltage Regulator (AVR) passed a preliminary multimeter test; however, comprehensive testing requires specialized equipment. Replacement is recommended as a precaution.

Inspection Period

Interested bidders may inspect the generator from 18 July 2026 to 31 July 2026 at the company's factory located at Tulefa (before reaching Sheno).

Terms and Conditions

1. The generator is sold on an "As Is, Where Is" basis.

2. Interested bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect the generator before submitting their bids.

3. No warranty or guarantee, either expressed or implied, is provided regarding the condition or future performance of the generator.

4. The successful bidder shall be responsible for dismantling, loading, transportation, and all related costs.

5. Saint-Gobain Weber Manufacturing PLC reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids without assigning any reason.

6. The highest bid will not necessarily be accepted.
