ABOUT KOMARI BEVERAGE

Komari Beverages PLC was founded in 2017 and is strategically located approximately 96 kilometers from Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. The company commenced production in April 2021 and has since established itself as a significant player in the Ethiopian beverage industry. It offers its flagship ready-to-drink beverage, Arada, in three distinct flavors. Our commitment to quality and innovation has rapidly grown our customer base and enhanced the drinking experience.

OBJECTIVE

To assess the condition of the main factory roofing system at the Cheki, Debre Berhan plant and carry out the required maintenance, repairs, and installation works to ensure structural integrity, prevent water ingress, improve safety, and maintain uninterrupted production operations. By  provide high-quality goods and services that align with our vision.

CONTEXT

We invite expressions of interest by companies/ businesses/ organizations for the provisions of goods and services in the following categories.

REQUIREMENTS

The Applicant shall prepare the EOI and include all requirements mentioned below:

• Full Registered name of the Organization and Company
• All Contractors of GC-5/BC-5 and above
• Trade License on Construction service License Valid for the year 2018E.C.
• Competence certificate valid for the year 2018 E.C. from Ethiopian Construction Authority.
• VAT Registration Certificate
• Clearance from Inland Revenue Administration Valid within the bid process time for the year 2018 E.C.
• Registration certificate in the suppliers list under Public Procurement and Property Administration Agency
• Certificate of testimony for renovation and Maintenance work

Firms/individual consultants:

The applicants shall provide a brief description of their firm(s)/ individual profiles with legal mandates/authorized business activities, year and country of incorporation, core area of specialization, expertise and types of activities undertaken structure, and organization diagram.
