• Warranty Bidder has to submit Description of the organization of the warranty offered in accordance with the conditions laid down in GCC Clause 23; Reference: ITB 35.4
• Technical Specification + Technical Offer+ Compliance Sheet Bidder has failed to complete its Technical Specification + Technical Offer+ Compliance Sheet Form in accordance with technical specification presented as per template in Section 6, Statement of Requirements . Reference: ITB 35.4

1.university of Gondar have the rights of cancelled partially or fully of the bid /ዩኒቨርስቲው ጨረታውን ሙሉበሙሉ ወይም በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የጠጠበቀ ነው፡፡ /ዕቃውን የማስረከቢያ ቦታ ጎንደር ዩኒቭርሲቲ ነው፡፡ 2.ዕቃው የሚገባው በዩኒቨርስቲው ጥራት አረጋጋጭ ኮሚቴ ተረጋግጦ ይሁታ ሲያገኝ በመሆኑ ይህን የሚያደርገው አሸናፊው ድርጅት ባለቤት ወይም ህጋዊ ወኪል መሆን አለበት፡፡ 3.ማንኛውም ተጫራች አሸንፎ የማያቀርብ ከሆነ፣ ለወደፊቱ በሚወጡ ጨረታዎች የማይሳተፍ እና ለግዥ ባለስልጣን ክስ የምናቀርብ መሆኑን እንገልፃለን ፡፡ 4.የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ሲፒኦ ፤ ቢደቦንድ ጋራንቲ ወይም ከጥቃቅንና አነስተኛ ኢተርፕራይዝ የሚሰጥ ደብዳቤ ጨረታው ከመከፈቱ አንድ ቀን በፊት በአካል መቅረብ አለበት ፡፡
