• Warranty Bidder has to submit Description of the organization of the warranty offered in accordance with the conditions laid down in GCC Clause 23; Reference: ITB 35.4
• Technical Specification + Technical Offer+ Compliance Sheet Bidder has failed to complete its Technical Specification + Technical Offer+ Compliance Sheet Form in accordance with technical specification presented as per template in Section 6, Statement of Requirements . Reference: ITB 35.4
• Debarment Bidder has not been debarred by a decision of the Public Procurement and Property Authority from participating in public procurements for breach of its obligation  Reference: ITB 35.2
• valid tax clearance certificate Bidder has to submit a valid tax clearance certificate issued by the tax authority in accordance with ITB Clause 4.6(b)(iii);  Reference: ITB 35.2
• valid business license Bidder has to submit valid business license indicating the stream of business in which the bidder is engaged in accordance with ITB Clause 4.6(b)(i); Reference: ITB 35.2
• VAT registration certificate Bidder has to submit VAT registration certificate issued by the tax authority (in case of contract value specified in BDS Clause 4.6(b)(ii) Reference: ITB 35.2

-ተወደዳሪ ድርጅቶች ዩኒቨሲቲው ከቀረበው መስፈርት ዉጭ ሌላ መስፈርት ማቅረብ አይፈቀድም/ዩኒቨሲቲው ባስቀመጠው መስፈርት ብቻ መወዳደር የምትችሉ መሆኑን አውቃችሁ መወዳደር ይጠበቅባችዋል፡፡ *አሸናፊው ድርጅት ያሸነፈበትን ስራ በባለሞያ ሰለትክክለኝነቱ አስፈትሾ ማስረከብ/ የዩኒቬርሲቲው ግቢድረስ ማስገባት ይጠበቅበታል፡፡ ከላይ በተጠቀሰው ዝርዝር አቅርቦት ጨረታ አሸናፊ የማጓጓዣ ወጪውን ሸፍኖ ድሬዳዋ ዩኒቨርሲቲ ቅጥር ግቢ ድረስ ማቅረብ የሚጠበቅበት ሲሆን ተጫራቾች ይህን ከግምት ውስጥ በማስገባት እንዲወዳደሩ ይጠበቅበታል፡፡ ዩኒቨርሲቲው ጨረታውን በሙሉ ወይም በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ በመጫን እና በማጓጓዝ ሂደት ላይ የሚፈጠር ችግር ካለ አቅራቢው ኃላፊነቱን ይወስዳል፡፡ የጎደለወይምከስፔስፊኬሽን (መስፈርት) ውጪየሆኑአቅርቦቶችንአሸናፊውበራሱወጪይመልሳል፡፡ BID SECURITY(ጨረታ ማስከበሪያ )original ጨረታ ከመከፈት በፊት ለዩኒቨርሲቲው በአካል ማቅረብ አለባቸው:: ተወደዳሪ ድርጅቶች የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ሲስተም ላይ አያይዘው ኦርጅናሉን በአካል ማምጣት ይጠበቅባችዋል፡፡ አዲስ አበባ ያላችሁ አዲስ አበባ አሜርካ ኢምባሲ ፊት ለፊት ያለው ጉዳይ አስፈፃሚ ብሮ ማስገባት ትችላላችሁ፡፡
