- መ/ቤቱ ጨረታውን ሙሉ በሙሉ ወይም በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብት አለው፡፡ - ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ (Cpo) ጨረታው ከመዘጋቱ ከአንድ(1) ቀን በፊት ማቅረብ ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡ - በተጨማሪ የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ (Cpo) ሲዘጋጅ በመስራቤታችን ቅርጫፍ ሥም Customs Commission Adama Branch Office በሚል ማሰራት አለባቹ፡፡ - ናሙና ማቅረብ (ድርጅታቹ ድረስ ኮሚቴዎች ለመመልከት ሲመጡ ማሣየት አለባቹ ወይም ቅ/ጽ/ቤቱ ድረስ ማቀረረብ አለባቹ፡፡
