መስሪያ ቤቱ የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታውን ሙሉ በሙሉ ወይም በከፊል የመሰረዝ መፍቱ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡ ተጫረቾች የጨረታ መስከበሪያ (CPO) ሲያሰሩ 93rd Infantry Division በሚለው መሆን አላበት፡፡ ተጫራቾች ጨረታው ከማከፈቱ በፊት ናሙና (sample) የመቅረብ ግዴታ አለባቸው ፡፡ተጫራቾች ጨረታው ከማከፈቱ በፊት የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ (CPO) በአከል ማምጣት ይኖርባችዋል፡፡
