valid tax clearance certificate

Bidder has to submit a valid tax clearance certificate issued by the tax authority in accordance with ITB Clause 4.6(b)(iii);

Bidder has to submit valid business license indicating the stream of business in which the bidder is engaged in accordance with ITB Clause 4.6(b)(i);
VAT registration certificate

·         Terms and Conditions:  መ/ቤቱ የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታዉን ሙሉ በሙሉ ወይም በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ በህግ የተጠበቀ ነዉ፡፡  የጨረታዉ አሸናፊ ዕቃዎቹን በራሱ ትራንስፖርት በቡሌ ሆራ ዩኒቨርሲቲ ንብረት ክፍል ድረስ ገቢ አድርጎ ክፍያዉን ይቀበላል፡፡  ጨረታዉ በመንግስት የግዥ መመሪያ፤ ህግ እና ደንብ መሰረት የሚመራ ይሆናል፡  በጨረታ ማስከበርያ ዋስትና ምትክ የሚቀርበዉ የዋስትና ደብዳቤ ተቀባይነት የሚኖረዉ በማምረት ስራ ላይ ለተሰማሩ ጥቃቅንና አነስተኛ ማህበራት ብቻ ይሆናል፡፡ ማሳሰቢያ፡- ጨረታዉ ላይ መሳተፍ የሚፈልግ ማንኛዉም ተጫራች የኢትዮጵያ ዲጅታል መታወቂያ ካርድ ልኖሮ ይገባል፡፡ ማንኛዉም ተጫራች ጨረታዉ ከመከፈቱ በፊት የጨረታ ማስከበርያዉን በአካል ቡሌ ሆራ ዩኒቨርሲቲ የግዥ አስተዳደር ዳይሮክቶሬት ቢሮ ቁጥር 121 ድረስ ማምጣት አለበት፡፡ ማንኛዉም ተጫራች ጨረታዉ በተዘጋ በ60 ደቂቃ ውስጥ የጨረታ መክፈቻ ሚስጥር ቁጥር (Key Share) ከሲስተሙ ላይ ማስቀመጥ ወይም መሙላት አለበት፡፡ ይሄንን ካላስቀመጠ ከውድድር ውጪ ያስደርጋል፡፡ ለተጨመሪ ማብራሪያ፡ ስልክ ቁጥር ፡0916512817
