-መ/ቤቱ ግዡን በሙሉ ወይም በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀነው፡፡ -አሸናፊው ድርጅት እቃውን ቡሌ ሆራ ዩኒቨርሲቲ ማስተማሪያ ሆስፒታል ማቅረብ አለበት፡፡ ክፍያ የሚፈፀመው እቃው በተጠየቀው መሰረት መሆኑን በባለሙያ ተረጋግጦ ገቢ ሲሆን ይሆናል፡፡ ማንኛዉም ተጫራች ጨረታዉ ከመከፈቱ በፊት የጨረታ ማስከበርያበአካል ቡሌ ሆራ ዩኒቨርሲቲ የግዥ አስተዳደር ዳይሮክቶሬት ቢሮ ቁጥር 121 ድረስ ማምጣት አለበት፡፡ ማንኛዉም ተጫራች ጨረታዉ በተዘጋ በ60 ደቂቃ ውስጥ የጨረታ መክፈቻ ሚስጥር ቁጥር (Key Share) ከሲስተሙ ላይ ማስቀመጥ ወይም መሙላት አለበት፡፡ ይሄንን ካላስቀመጠ ከውድድር ውጪ ያስደርጋል፡፡ ለተጨመሪ ማብራሪያ፡ ስልክ ቁጥር ፡-
