1. የጨረታው አሸናፊዎች ዕቃዎችን ኮምቦልቻ ጉምሩክ ቅ/ጽ/ቤት ንብረት ክፍል ድረስ ማቅረብ ይጠበቅባቸዋል፡፡ 2. አሸናፊው ድርጅት የሚያቀርቡአቸው እቃዎች ጥራታቸውን የጠበቁና ኦርጅናል መሆን አለባቸው፡፡ 3. የማንዋል ደረሰኝ ተጠቃሚዎች Unique QR Code የተካተተበት የማንዋል ደረሰኝ ማቅረብ አለባቸዉ 4. መስሪያ ቤቱ የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታውን ሙሉ በሙሉ ወይም በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡ 5. አሸናፊው ድርጅት እቃውን ቅ/ጽ/ቤቱ ድረስ አቅርቦ በባለሙያው ከተረጋገጠ በኋላ በሚቀርብ የክፍያ ጥያቄ መሰረት ክፍያ የሚፈጸም መሆኑ ይታወቅ፡፡
