Qualification Requirements

• የፋይናንስ አቅም ማረጋገጫ ተጫራቾች ያልከሰሩ መሆኑን የሚያሳይ ይህን ውል ለማከናወን የሚያስችል የፋይናንስ አቅም እንዳላቸው የሚያረጋግጥ በገለልተኛ አካል የተረጋገጠ የፋይናንስ አቅም ማረጋገጫ ሰነድ የቅርብ ጊዜ የአንድ አመት የኦዲት ሪፖርት ማቅረብ አለበት፡፡Reference: 4.8
• የማምረት አቅምተጫራቾች በቀን ቢያንስ ቱቦ ባለ 1200 ሚ.ሜ. የምርት ዓይነት 100 (አንድ መቶ) ሜትር ምረት ማቅረብ ያለባቸው ሲሆን ባለስልጣን መ/ቤቱ ተጨማሪ ፍላጎት ሲኖረውና ትዕዛዝ ሲሰጥ አቅራቢው ዝቅተኛ ከተቀመጠው ምርት መጠን በላይ ማቅረብ ኃላፍነት አለበት፡፡Reference: 4.8

• የኮንክሪት ምርት የሚጠቀሙት ሲሚንቶ በተመለከተተጫራቾች ለኮንክሪት ምርት የሚጠቀሙት ሲሚንቶ አለማቀፍ ወይም ሀገር አቀፍ የኢንዱስትሪ ስታንደርድን ያሟላ ለመሆኑ የጥራት ማረጋገጫ ሰነድ ማቅረብ አለባቸው፡፡Reference: 4.8
• የጥራት ማረጋገጫ የላብራቶሪ ውጤትተጫራቾች የሚያቀርቡት ምርት የጥራት ሁኔታን በሚመለከት በጨረታ ሰነዱ ክፍል 6 በተቀመጠው መሠረት ስለመሆኑ ህጋዊ ገለለውተኛ በሆነ የላብራቶሪ ሴንተር ወይም በአማካሪ የተረጋገጠ ከጨረታ ክፈቻ ቀን ወደኋላ በሚቆጠር ስድስት (6) ወር ያልሞላው የምርመራ ውጤት እና ሚክስ ዲዛይን ማቅርብ አለባቸው፡፡ ማቅረብ ያልቻሉ ተጫራቾች ባለስልጣን መ/ቤቱ  በሳይት ጉብኝት ወቅት ናሙና በመውሰድ በራሱ ላብራቶሪ ሊያረጋግጥ ይችላል፡፡ Reference: 4.8
• ለምርት የሚያስፈልጉ ግብዓቶችተጫራቾች ለምርት የሚያስፈልጉ ግብዓቶች በቂ ክምችት ሊኖራቸው ይገባል፡፡ ቢያንስ 2000 ሜኩ ኮርስ አግርጌት እና ፊኖ ያላቸው መሆኑን ውል በተዋዋሉ በ3 ቀን ውስጥ ምርት ማቅረብ እንደሚችሉ የጽሁፍ ማረጋገጫ ማቅረብ አለባቸው፡፡Reference: 4.8
