1ኛ. ተጫራቾች በአካል ኦርጅናል ቢድቦንድ(CPO) ላይ የጨረታው ሎት ተጠቅሶ እና የዋስትናው የብር መጠን ተካቶ ጨረታው ጊዜ ከመጠናቀቁ አንድ ቀን አስቀድመው ዋናው ግቢ (ደሴ) ድረስ ማምጣት አለባቸው፡፡ 2ኛ. ዩኒቨርስቲው የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታውን ሙሉ በሙሉ ወይም በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡ 3ኛ. የሚያያዙ ዶክመንቶች በሚመለከታቸው ቦታ ካልተያያዙ እና ካልቀረቡ ከጨረታው ውድቅ ይደረጋሉ ፡፡ 4ኛ. መያያዝ ያለባቸው ዶክመነቶች ግልፅና የሚነበቡ መሆን አለባቸው፡፡
