ተጫራቾች ኦሪጂናል ሲ.ፒ.ኦ/ጋራንቲ ጨረታው ከመከፈቱ አንድ ቀን በፊት ኮምቦልቻ ቴክኖሎጅ ኢንስቲትዩት ግቢ ግዥ ቢሮ ማቅረብ ይጠበቅበታል፡፡ አሸናፊው ድርጅት ዩኒቨርስቲው ካስቀመጠው ስፔስፍኬሽን(መስፈርት)ውጭ መሙላት ተቀባይነት የለውም ተጫራቾች የተጠየቀውን ዶክሜንት ሲያስገቡ እተጠየቀው ቦታ (ትክክለኛው) ቦታ ላይ ማስገባት አለባቸው ያሸነፉትን እቃዎች በውሉ መሠረት በወሎ ዩኒቨርሲቲ ኮምቦልቻ ቴክኖሎጂ ኢንስቲትዩት በራሱ ትራንስፖርት ማቅረብ ይጠበቅበታል፡፡ አሸናፊው ድርጅት እቃው ተቀባይነት የሚኖረው በጥራት አረጋጋጭ ኮሚቴ ጥራቱ ተረጋግጦ ተቀባይነት ሲኖር ብቻ ይሆናል፡፡ ዩኒቨርሲቲው የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታውን ሙሉ በሙሉ ወይም በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው፡
