Our Office, Ministry of National Defense Logistics Main Department of the Procurement Unit has issued an Open Tender through the EGP system for the procurement of Fixed Garage Workshop Equipment, bidders participating in the tender are required to fulfill the following requirements: 1. Bidders shall deliver the items for which they are awarded the contract to the Adama Warehouse using their own transportation. 2. Bidders shall submit the original catalogues and samples of the permanent garage workshop equipment they are bidding for at Melka Kality, one day before the tender opening date. 3. Bidders must be able to provide a Certificate of Authentication confirming that the original catalogue is issued by the tire/battery manufacturer or by its legally authorized representative in Ethiopia. 4. The bid security guarantee (CPO) shall be scanned and attached to the bidder’s tender documents on the EGP system. 5. Bidders shall complete and submit the specifications of the items they are bidding for through the system in accordance with the required specifications. 6. Submission of a fraudulent or invalid bid security shall result in disqualification from the tender and may also lead to legal prosecution for fraud. 7. Any bidder who places a mark, label, or any other identifying sign indicating the identity of the company on the submitted sample items shall be disqualified from the tender. 8. Any successful bidder shall be obligated to deliver the awarded items within the period specified in the contract. 9.
