Qualification Requirements

• Nationality Nationality in accordance with ITB Clause 4.2. Reference: ITB 4.2
• Description of the organization of the warranty The bidder has to submit a description of the organization of the warranty offered in accordance with the conditions laid down in GCC Clause 23; Reference: ITB 23.(c)(ii)
• Manufacturer Authorization Letter The bidder has to submit a Manufacturer Authorization Letter in accordance with ITB Clause 5.6 Reference: ITB 23.2(c)(iii)
• Descriptive technical literature The bidder has to submit descriptive technical literature in accordance with ITB Clause 17 (if required in BDS); Reference: ITB 23.2 (c)(i)
• Certificates of satisfactory execution of contracts The bidder has to submit certificates of satisfactory execution of contracts provided by contracting parties to the contracts successfully completed in the period and budget as specified in the BDS. Reference: ITB23.2(b)(iii)
• Financial Standing of the Bidder The average annual turnover, calculated as total certified payments received for contracts in progress or completed within the last 2 years, must exceed times 12000000 the amount of the financial proposal of the Bid; Reference: ITB 23.2 (b) (ii)
