TENDER FOR EXTERNAL AUDIT SERVICE ELIG/NCB/06/2026
Ethio Life and General Insurance S.C. is a privately owned insurance company established in October 2008 to undertake both general and long-term (life) insurance business in accordance with the Insurance Business Licensing and Supervision Proclamation No. 746/2012 and the Commercial Code of Ethiopia.
The Company invites licensed public audit firms to submit proposals to conduct external audits for the fiscal years 2026/27, 2027/28, and 2028/29.
Interested audit firms participating in this tender must fulfill the following requirements:
1. Must be certified chartered accountants authorized by the Accounting and Auditing Board of Ethiopia to audit public interest entities.
2. Must submit a copy of valid professional indemnity insurance coverage.
3. Must possess a valid and renewed business license.
4. Must submit a copy of their Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN) certificate.
5. Must submit a detailed company profile outlining their professional experience and qualifications.
Furthermore, participating audit firms must indicate the estimated time frame required to complete the audit.
Eligible and interested audit firms are invited to submit their sealed technical and financial proposals, including their quotations, to the Company's office at the address provided below. All submissions must be received within the specified deadline. The bid opening will take place on October 24, 2026, at 10:00 AM at the Company's office.
