• Delivery and Completion Schedule Bidder has failed to submit dated Delivery and Completion Schedule presented as per template in Section 6, Statement of Requirements Reference: ITB 35.4
• Certificates of satisfactory execution of contracts  Bidder has to submit Certificates of satisfactory execution of contracts provided by contracting parties to the contracts successfully completed in the period and budget as specified in the BDS Clause 16.3;Bidders must submmit one document/certeficate Reference: ITB 35.4
• Information about major relevant contracts successfully completed Bidder has failed to provide in the Bidder Certification of Compliance Form information about major relevant contracts successfully completed in the number and period specified in the BDBidders must submmit one year work experience Reference: ITB 35.4
• financial statements certified by an independent auditor  Bidder has to submit financial statements certified by an independent auditor as required in ITB Clause 15.2(a) for the period specified.Bidders must submmit one year audit report that is cheched by external auditors. Reference: ITB 35.5
• conflict of interest Bidder is found to have a conflict of interest as described in ITB Sub-Clause 4.3  Reference: ITB 35.2
