ቢሮዉ ጨረታውን ሙሉ በሙሉ ወይም በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡ ጨረታው በተዘጋ በ30 ደቂቃ ውስጥ ቴክኒካል ኬይ እንድትልኩ ካላካችሁ ከጨረታ ውጪ ትሆናላቸው፡፡ ተጫራቾች የተወዳደሩበትን ዕቃ(Items) ናሙና(Sample) ጨረታዉ ከመዘጋቱ በፊት ቢሮው ድረስ ማመጣት አለባቸዉ፡፡
