• Manufacturer Authorization LetterThe bidder has to submit a valid authorization letter from the original manufacturer or an authorized representative confirming the bidder’s authorization to supply the offered spare parts.Reference: 5.6 & 37.4 (d) (iii)

•   Genuine and New Spare Part:All offered spare parts shall be brand-new, unused, genuine/OEM or OEM-approved, and suitable for the specified equipment.Reference: 4.8
•    Manufacturer’s Datasheet, Catalogue, or Brochure:The bidder has to provide the  Relevant manufacturer-issued technical documentation confirming the specifications, part numbers, model compatibility, and technical details of the offered spare parts.Reference: 3.7
