ተጫራቾች ለባህር ዳር ጉምሩክ የተሰራ የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ዋስትና (Bid Security) ብር 50,000.00 (አምሳ ሺህ ብር) በe-GP ሲስተም ማያያዝ እንዳለ ሆኖ ዋናው በአካል ባህር ዳር ጉምሩክ ቅ/ጽ/ቤት ዘመን ኮንስትራክሽን ቢሮ ጎን 3ኛ ፎቅ ቢሮ ቁጥር 305 ግዥ ክፍል ቢሮ ማቅረብ አለባቸው፡፡ ማንኛውም ተጫራች ጨረታው ከመከፈቱ በፊት ናሙና የማቅረብ ግዴታ አለባቸዉ፡፡ አሸናፊ ድርጅቶች ዕቃዎችን ባህር ዳር ጉምሩክ ኮሚሽን ቅ/ጽ/ቤት ድረስ ማቅረብ ይጠበቅባቸዋል፡፡ መስሪያ ቤቱ ጨረታውን ሙሉ በሙሉ ወይም በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው ::
