Terms and Conditions

1.ተጫራቾች ለሚወዳደሩባቸው እያንዳንዱ ዘይትና እና ቅባት እቃዎች ናሙና ማቅረብ የግድ ሲሆን ናሙና ያላቀረበ ተጫራች ከውድድር ውጭ ይደረጋል፡፡ 2.ማንኛውም ተጫራች ጨረታው ከመከፈቱ በፊት ሲ.ፒ .ኦ በአካል ማቅረብ ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡ 3.ማንኛውም ተጫራች በጨረታ መክፈቻ ዕለት የጨረታ መክፍቻ ቁልፍ መላክ ይኖርበታል።ነገር ግን መክፈቻ ቁልፍ ሳይልኩ ቀርተው ጨረታው ሳይከፈት ቢቀር መ/ቤቱ ሃላፊነቱን አይውስድም፡። 4. ሁሉም የተሟላ የንግድ ፈቃድ መጫን ግዴታ ነው፡፡ 5.ሁሉም ተጫራች ለሚወዳደሩበት እያንዳንዱ የእንስሳት መኖ ደረጃውን የጠበቀ ጥራት ባለው ዋጋ መስጠጥ አለባቸው:: 6. አሸናፊ ድርጅቶች የምታቀርቡት ህጋዊ ደረሰኝ ካሽሬጅስተር መሆን አለበት ነገር ግን የእጅ በጅ ሽያጭ ደረሰኝ ከሆነ ለምን ካሽሬጅስተር እንዳልተጠቀማችሁ የሚገልፅ ህጋዊ ደብዳቤ እና QR code ያለበት በብርሃንና ሰላም ማተሚያ ድርጅት የታተመ የእጅ በጅ ሽያጭ ደረሰኝ እንድትጠቀሙ ፈቃድ የተሰጠበትን ከገቢዎች ማስረጃ ማቅረብ ግዴታ ነው፡፡ 7. ሁሉም ተጫራች ያሸነፏቸዉን የእንስሳት መኖ በእራሱ ትራንስፖርት ሆለታ እንስሳት ልማት ማዕከል ገቢ የሚያደርግ መሆኑን እነገልፃለን፡፡ ማሳሰቢያ ፡-መ/ቤቱ የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታውን ሙሉ በሙሉ/በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ ይጠበቃል።
