1ኛ. ተጫራቾች በአካል ኦርጅናል ቢድቦንድ(CPO), ጥቃቅን አነስተኛ ለሆኑ ከሚመለከተው መስሪያ ቤት የዋስትና ደብዳቤ ላይ የጨረታው ሎት ተጠቅሶ እና የዋስትናው የብር መጠን ተካቶ ጨረታው ጊዜ ከመጠናቀቁ አንድ ቀን አስቀድመው ዋናው ግቢ (ደሴ) ድረስ ማምጣት አለባቸው፡፡ 2ኛ. አሸናፊው ድርጅት እቃውን ውል በመያዝ ዩኒቨርስቲው ድረስ በራሳቸው ትራንስፖርት በማምጣት ለንብረት ክፍል ማስረከብ አለባቸው፡፡ 3ኛ. ዩኒቨርስቲው የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታውን ሙሉ በሙሉ ወይም በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡ 4ኛ. የሚያያዙ ዶክመንቶች በሚመለከታቸው ቦታ ካልተያያዙ እና ካልቀረቡ ከጨረታው ውድቅ ይደረጋሉ ፡፡ 5ኛ. መያያዝ ያለባቸው ዶክመነቶች ግልፅና የሚነበቡ መሆን አለባቸው፡፡ 6ኛ. ዋጋ ማሻሻያ ለሚያስፈልጋቸው ጨረታዎች የፌዴራል መንግሥት የግዥ አፈፃፀም መመሪያ ቁጥር 1073/2017 መሰረት ተግባራዊ ይደረጋል፡
