Action Against Hunger invites interested individuals, recycling companies, and other eligible buyers to submit expressions of interest for the purchase of old and used office papers available for disposal.

Item Description

• Old and used paper suitable for recycling
• Estimated quantity: 50,000kg
• Location: - Addis Ababa -Kality Warehouse
• Condition: Sold on an “as is, where is” basis

Inspection

Interested buyers may inspect the papers at Addis Ababa ACF Kality Warehouse located at the back of Sheger Dabo from 21st Sep. to 25th Sept. 2026 between 9:00 am and 12:00Pm (from Monday to Friday only), contact person mob. 09 14 49 91 03.

The minimum required information should include

1. Name and contact details of the buyer or company
2. Copy of a valid business license
3. Offered price per kilogram
4. The buyer shall provide weight measurement
5. Weight measurement will be conducted by the buyer at the time of collection
6. Proposed collection period
7. Loading, transport and site clearance costs will be covered by the buyer
8. The buyer shall provide all packing materials & equipment
9. The buyer should be able to issue certificate of Assurance of Document Disposal for Recycling Purpose

Submission Instructions

Expressions of interest must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked “Offer for Old and Used Paper” and delivered to Action Against Hunger Addis Ababa office located at the back of DH Geda tower from 15th Sep. to 5th Oct. 2026 until 5:00pm. Late submissions will not be considered.

Evaluation and Conditions

Offers will be evaluated based on price, compliance with the requirements, and the proposed collection schedule.

Action Against Hunger will issue only Cash receipt voucher but not issue a sales invoice for the payment made.

Action Against Hunger reserves the right to accept or reject any offer, in whole or in part, and is not bound to accept the highest offer. The successful buyer must make full payment before collection and remove all purchased materials within the agreed period.
